Analyst 1:1 Meeting Coverage and Requests
Everest Group Engage registrants have the opportunity to request a 20-minute 1:1 in-person meeting with an Everest Group Expert analyst to discuss a topic of their choice. Finding Your Registration Number
Your registration number can be used to log in, and we may also ask for it if you need help to make changes to your registration.
Find your registration number by looking at the confirmation email sent after you registered for Everest Group Engage. The subject line for this email is "Registration Confirmation to Everest Group Engage", and comes from Everest Group Events (events@everestgrp.com). Your registration number appears next to your name in the Registration Details table.
You can also search for your order confirmation email if you placed an order for multiple registrants. The subject line for this email is “Order Confirmation to Everest Group Engage” and comes from Everest Group Events (events@everestgrp.com). In this email, you'll see both your order number and your registration number. If there were multiple passes in your order, you'll see the details and unique registration numbers for each of them.
If You Can't Find Your Confirmation Email
If you can't find your confirmation email, click here. Enter the email you registered with, and you'll receive a verification email to that address. Click the "Manage Your Registration" link in the verification email, and you'll see all registrations under your email address, including passes in your name, as well as any passes that you purchased for others. You will also be able to see the registration numbers for each pass.
Registering a Group
The agenda is optimized for teams of colleagues to attend. Take advantage of group pricing for Enterprise attendees at 3-for-2 or 5-for-3.
Contact Kurt Hopson, kurt.hopson@everestgrp.com, to assist with registering your group. We’ll need the name and email address of each attendee.
Ticket Transfer Policy
General Attendee or Provider Attendee tickets cannot be transferred to another colleague or substituted for another event without written permission from the Everest Group Events team. Transfers or substitutions within two weeks of the planned event will be charged $250.
Member Client tickets are not transferrable to other companies or buying centers in the same enterprise umbrella.
Provider Limit and Qualification
No more than 25 total provider tickets will be sold. There is a limit of one registration per provider company, including subsidiaries, holding companies, international entities, etc. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If Everest Group declines an Enterprise ticket due to the registrant's service provider status, all fees paid will be refunded.
Renaissance Dallas Parking Information
The Renaissance Dallas Hotel does not offer parking validation.
On-Site Parking: Valet $36 (daily)
Daily Self-parking: 0-2 hours $11.00, 2-4 hours $13.00, 4-8 hours $16.00, and 8+ hours $26.00
Hotel Information
In partnership with our official hotel provider, Renaissance Dallas Hotel, we have secured the lowest hotel rates.
All registrants are responsible for booking their hotel/lodging accommodations. If you are not local to Dallas, we encourage you to book a room at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. This is the conference venue, making it very convenient for attendees.
